Our Story
Founded in 2012, MCS Logistics began as a container unloading service in Sydney, built from the ground up by two brothers with a clear focus — reliability, speed, and doing the job properly.
What started small scaled quickly. Within the first 18 months, the business expanded to 10 unloading teams, supporting high-volume operations for major retail and import clients including Breville, Darrell Lea and Metcash. That early growth wasn’t luck — it was driven by consistency, accountability, and an ability to deliver under pressure.
As those partnerships deepened, so did our footprint. We extended our container unloading services beyond Sydney into Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Melbourne, supporting customers with national requirements and tighter turnaround expectations.
One issue kept surfacing across every client: space. Warehousing capacity was always under pressure, and it was holding businesses back.
In 2015, we made a decisive move — opening our first warehouse facility. This expansion enabled us to move beyond labour services and deliver fully integrated solutions, including off-site storage and inventory management—marking our evolution from a service provider to a true logistics partner.
By 2021, the business had evolved and we had outgrown our original structure under MCS Container Solutions. We restructured into a broader group model, separating core operations to improve focus, scalability, and service delivery. Today, operating from our HACCP-certified Campbelltown site, we provide compliant, scalable storage, receiving, and fulfilment solutions to a wide range of clients.
