At MCS Logistics, container unpacking is executed with precision, speed, and accountability. Whether your freight is palletised, loose-loaded, or floor-stacked, we ensure efficient unloading with minimal handling risk.

Our facility is structured to handle inbound containers with controlled processes that protect product integrity and ensure smooth flow into storage or dispatch.

Efficient unloading of both standard and high-cube containers with structured workflows to maintain speed and control.
  • Loose-load and palletised freight handling
Handling of floor-loaded cartons and pre-palletised stock with appropriate equipment and labour allocation. Ramps, clamps, slip sheet, container fork-mast
  • Palletising and reconfiguration
Building, breaking down, and reconfiguring pallets to suit storage, transport, or distribution requirements.
  • Product sorting and segregation
Organising inbound stock by SKU, order, or category to support accurate storage and downstream fulfilment.
  • Short-term staging and cross-docking
Temporary staging of goods for immediate dispatch, transfer, or integration into outbound distribution.
  • Inventory Receipting – Stock is verified against documentation and receipted into our WMS for immediate visibility.

Accuracy Without the Fluff

Instead of vague “full accuracy checks,” we operate on system-driven validation and controlled receiving processes. That means:

  • Quantities verified against documentation
  • Discrepancies flagged immediately
  • Stock receipted directly into our WMS

No guesswork. No loose ends.

Who This Is For?

  • Importers receiving container shipments
  • Businesses handling loose-loaded freight
  • Operations needing fast inbound turnaround

High-volume container processing with consistent turnaround times

Inbound is controlled and systemised at the point of entry, ensuring immediate discrepancy identification during unloading.
